International Tax Manager (Hybrid) Salary: $90,000 - $200,000 per year Location: Indianapolis, IN Billable hours: 1400+ Job Description We are a mid‑sized national firm with over 100 employees and locations across all time zones. We seek an energetic, detail‑oriented International Tax Manager for a hybrid role. The position involves managing and optimizing international tax strategies, ensuring compliance with international tax laws, and supporting complex structuring of multinational operations. Implement tax planning strategies for multinational mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs. Provide expert advice on complex issues including IP migration, GILTI/Subpart F, treaty applicability, and sophisticated structuring. Ensure accurate and timely filing of international tax forms, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 965, and 8975. Manage and monitor transfer pricing policies and procedures. Advise on indirect tax matters, including VAT, sales tax, and other relevant taxes. Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, and authorities in various jurisdictions to ensure compliance and resolve tax queries. Qualifications A CPA and/or JD degree. At least three years of experience in international tax with a strong understanding of regulations, transfer pricing, and indirect tax. Proven experience structuring the tax aspects of multinational mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs. Extensive knowledge of international tax forms, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 965, and 8975. Ability to provide counsel on complex issues such as IP migration, GILTI/Subpart F, treaty applicability, and sophisticated structuring. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
