Job Description
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks an RN Clinical Care Leader to provide hands-on nursing care and guide a small team in our faith-based, community clinic. The RN oversees daily clinical operations, coordinates patient flow, and ensures safe, evidence-based care for underserved individuals and families. Responsibilities include assessment, triage, care planning, supervision of nursing staff, and collaboration with medical, dental, behavioral health, and wellness providers. This role offers the opportunity to advance health equity while working in a mission-driven, compassionate, and interdisciplinary environment.
