Data Center Retrofit Project Manager

Salary: $111,300 - 186,100 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience taking new design concepts from exploration and development through deployment or mass production
• Experience using MS Excel, Word, and Windows operating systems
• Experience with power management and monitoring systems
• Preferred: 5+ years of project management experience in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure
• Preferred: Knowledge of critical data center equipment
• Preferred: Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating procedures
• Preferred: Knowledge of building codes and regulations, including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA
• Preferred: Experience in Data Center Engineering Operations and a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure
• Preferred: Experience interpreting construction specifications and drawings across all domains
• Fundamental understanding of electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural systems

• Oversee and review project work across electrical, mechanical, controls, and architectural disciplines
• Identify opportunities to improve data center systems and act on information provided by other teams
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions to operational challenges, independently and in multidisciplinary teams
• Manage projects involving improvements to electrical, mechanical, fire detection, and building automation systems
• Direct, coordinate, implement, execute, control, and complete projects in alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals
• Manage critical infrastructure improvement projects in operational data centers to optimize space, power, and cooling
