Front Desk Concierge - Part-Time

Emprime is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential community in Parsippany, NJ . The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and secure environment throughout the property. Hours Part-Time – 20–30 hours per week. Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Monitor building access and maintain visitor records as required. Receive, organize, and distribute package deliveries. Assist residents with inquiries, service requests, and community information. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and common areas. Coordinate with management, maintenance staff, and vendors as needed. Observe and report any safety, security, or maintenance concerns. Provide administrative and operational support to the property management team. Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to multitask and work independently.
