Position Summary

We are seeking a Data Coordinator to support a growing clinical research team across multiple research sites in South Florida. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical research data, supporting electronic systems, and assisting with the day-to-day data management needs of ongoing clinical trials.

The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a clinical research or clinical trial environment and is comfortable working with electronic research systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for clinical research studies
• Enter and maintain study data in electronic systems and databases
• Support clinical research teams with data collection, tracking, and reconciliation
• Work with Electronic Regulatory (E-Reg), eSource, and CTMS systems
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Assist with resolving data discrepancies and maintaining data quality
• Support multiple clinical research sites as needed
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators, Research Assistants, and other study personnel
• Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable research, regulatory, and site-specific procedures
• Travel between research locations as needed to support data-related activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or healthcare data entry
• Experience with clinical research databases and electronic systems
• Experience with Medidata Rave and/or REDCap strongly preferred
• Familiarity with E-Reg, eSource, and CTMS platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced research environment
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a research team
