The Cashier/Front End role is key to ensuring a smooth customer experience by greeting guests, managing orders both in-person and via UBER, and providing support throughout the kitchen as needed. Working within a small, close-knit team, this position requires strong multitasking and communication skills to handle transactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Process payments efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Receipt and manage UBER orders promptly
• Prepare orders as they arise and assist in basic food preparation
• Support kitchen staff when needed to maintain workflow
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy and accountability
• Monitor inventory levels for supplies and ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end and work areas

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail or food service
• Proficient with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling
• Strong customer service and order management skills
• Basic knowledge of food preparation processes
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
