HYBRID FLEXIBILITY Work from home when appropriate while still providing meaningful in‑person clinical support to clients, families, and your team. LOW CASELOADS We prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients . With a lower caseload, you’ll have more time for clinical decision‑making, data analysis, treatment planning, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families. UP TO $12,500 IN BONUSES Your hard work should be rewarded. In addition to your regular compensation, you can earn up to $12,500 in additional bonuses. FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS We don’t believe every BCBA needs to fit into the same box. Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we compensate for this cost!) Newly certified BCBAs are welcome!
