Collaborate with behavioral health, substance use, and case management teams

Help refine clinical workflows and care delivery models as the clinic expands Requirements
MD or DO, licensed or eligible for licensure in New York
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Experience in community health, FQHC, or underserved populations preferred
