The successful candidate is responsible for setting and adhering to the maintenance budget, forecasting future facility needs of equipment replacement, repair, upgrades to buildings, & new construction, and supervising a team of four. The position assures compliance with all federal and state laws, codes, regulations, and OSHA standards.
