Compensation: This role offers a guaranteed income period to support your transition and ramp-up, then moves to a compensation model consisting of base pay plus commission based on gross profit generated from sales activity. Job Description We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships by providing knowledgeable product support and sales expertise, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and solutions. Conduct inside sales activities including follow-up on incoming leads, quoting, and order processing. Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and solutions. Collaborate with outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Support customers with updates on orders, deliveries, and any account-related issues. Prepare and deliver effective solutions-driven sales materials.
