Details Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting Schedule consists of 3x12-hour night shifts per week, 1945-0615 Weekend shifts required Uses Epic for clinical documentation May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift Requirements Active RN license, Single State or Compact (CO or compact required) Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience required ASN required, BSN preferred Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS (AHA certifications must not expire prior to start) ENPC certification preferred Epic charting experience preferred DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration Additional Information Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, including ongoing health data collection and assessment Provide health teaching, counseling, and supportive/restorative therapy directly to patients or through consultation, delegation, and supervision of others Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Refer patients as needed for further evaluation or treatment, and monitor therapy and treatment plans Promote the mission, vision, and values of the health system and adhere to service behavior standards Returning employees must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment First-time travelers are welcome to apply American Traveler Job ID P-743580.
