Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time role offers an engaging work environment supporting K-12 students (primarily K-5) across two local sites, beginning in August for the 2026–2027 school year. Focused solely on onsite work, you’ll work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to help students reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active OT license; open to candidates traveling with an active license from another state and pending South Carolina licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage and organize a varied caseload efficiently
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for students across K-12 (majority K-5)
• Conduct evaluations and write reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services and consult support for staff and families to ensure the best educational outcomes
• Travel between two school locations within the area as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
