We are a full‑service, global adhesives provider serving electronics, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Since 2018, strategic acquisitions have accelerated our growth and expanded our blue‑chip OEM and industrial customer base worldwide.

Role snapshot
  • Location: Billerica, MA
  • Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:30 A.M.–4:00 P.M.
  • Compensation: $22.00–$26.00/hour depending on skills, experience, time in role, business line, and location
  • Incentive: 2025 plan focused on safety, quality, and financials; up to $1,520/year for eligible employees, paid quarterly
Your impact
  • Blend adhesive batches by strictly following work instructions to meet product specifications.
  • Stage, weigh, and charge raw materials into mixing equipment.
  • Operate high‑speed dispersers; monitor and control process instruments.
  • Partner with Quality Control to adjust materials or process settings until approval is achieved.
  • Execute the production schedule and communicate opportunities or issues to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain housekeeping and promptly report spills or hazards.
  • Adhere to all PPE and safety standards.
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Basic math for measurements, scaling, and conversions.
  • Experience with high‑speed dispersers and material‑handling equipment.
  • Ability to read and use digital scales and related instrumentation.
  • Chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
Physical demands
  • Extended periods of sitting and standing.
  • Lift and move 50–60 pounds.
Career progression
  • Batch Maker I : Independently blends simple batches.
  • Batch Maker II : 3+ years’ experience; operates vacuum mixers.
  • Batch Maker III : 5+ years’ experience; operates vacuum mixers and three‑roll mills.
