Quality Engineer

You'll join a growing Indianapolis manufacturer where quality isn't just about inspections—it's about solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams deliver exceptional products to customers.

✔ Investigating quality issues and driving root cause solutions

✔ Partnering with Production and Engineering to improve processes

✔ Supporting audits, inspections, and quality initiatives

✔ Leading corrective actions and continuous improvement projects

✔ Helping ensure products consistently meet customer expectations
