We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Birthday Party Team Member is expected to provide excellent guest service while working with customers to create a great Birthday Party Experience. This position involves working with guest services, food and beverage departments and management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Greet and welcome all participants, parents, and/or community membersEnsure participants/visitors are present for a specific permitted eventDirect or assist to decorate space for hosting the birthday partyOrganize and facilitate games and/or activitiesEnsure packages and items purchased are receivedOperate arcade, e-sports and other venue specific devicesOversee the use of entertainment equipmentAssist with event set-up and breakdown as neededMaintain a safe and clean work environmentProvide courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guestsBe knowledgeable about the facility (practices, events, meeting dates/times)Know and enforce the venue policies and proceduresComplete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assignedAll additional duties assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours)Must be a team playerMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to maintain focus in a high volume, fast paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow team membersCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersProficient in the use of computers and associated hardwareBe self-motivated but still be able to follow directions from othersBe well organized and able to multi-taskComplete assigned tasks in a timely mannerCustomer service and cash handling experience preferredWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Working environment is fast pacedMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and squat, stoop, or bendMust be able to lift and/or move up to 40 poundsWill be required to operate a computer, POS system and kioskThe facility has intermittent noise
