Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

We are requesting your support in identifying qualified Registered Nurse (RN) candidates for an immediate vacancy at our client. We are specifically seeking nurses with experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional/juvenile, and/or emergency nursing. Please ensure potential candidates understand that this position requires significant independence. Nurses will be expected to work closely with direct care staff and will serve as the sole on-site nurse for portions of their shift. Although strong support and resources are available, candidates must be comfortable working within a secure juvenile justice environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Once an appropriate candidate is identified, we will schedule a call with Central Office Health Services staff. Orientation will occur on-site. Our goal is to ensure contracted nursing staff are fully prepared to provide safe and effective care for the juveniles in our custody. Nurses must be prepared to function independently as the facility's sole medical provider, following established medical protocols. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or Webex and basic computer proficiency are required.

Orientation Process: Orientation may occur virtually or in person and will be followed by an on-site facility tour. Scheduling will vary based on the role.
