The Role We are urgently hiring a Customer Service focused Appointment Setter to speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, warehouse work, restaurant server positions, receptionist roles, administrative assistant positions, or forklift operator jobs who enjoy talking with people and staying active during the workday. You are setting appointments. You are creating qualified opportunities. This is a face-to-face, field-based position where strong customer service skills, communication, and professionalism are key. People who succeed in this role often come from backgrounds such as: Customer service representative Retail associate Receptionist or front desk staff Administrative assistant Restaurant server or bartender Warehouse associate or forklift operator Hospitality or hotel staff These backgrounds translate well because the role requires customer interaction, reliability, communication skills, and strong work ethic. What You’ll Do Market in assigned neighborhoods face-to-face Speak directly with homeowners at their homes Explain our free inspection service Schedule appointments for inspections Stay active and work outdoors This role is a great fit for people who enjoy customer service, retail interaction, hospitality environments, or service-based work and want a position with higher earning potential.
