We're excited to announce that we are newly expanding into the Des Moines area and are currently building our caregiver team from the ground up. This is a great opportunity to get in early and grow with a family-centered company that truly values and supports its caregivers.

This role is centered around companionship, encouragement, and helping seniors remain safe, independent, and cared for in the comfort of their own homes.

Because we are currently building our schedule and client base, available shifts and preferred hours will be offered on a first come, first serve basis for qualified applicants.
Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily routines and activities
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Encourage safety, independence, and comfort at home
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and friendly personality
• Strong communication and companionship skills
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
• CNA certification is welcomed, but not mandatory
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
• Heart for serving seniors and helping families
