SONIC Carhop/Skating Carhop Server Positions SONIC Drive-In is currently hiring Carhops for immediate employment. Responsibilities: Wearing a smile while working Taking orders and providing accurate change quickly Serving food with enthusiasm Packaging menu items and checking for quality and consistency Preparing drinks and ice cream treats Depending on the franchise, some SONIC Drive-Ins employ Skating Carhop servers: Skating Carhops add a unique "surprise and delight" element to the guest experience Must complete the SONIC Skating Training Program Perform duties while roller skating upon successful program completion Benefits: Hourly wage plus cash tips daily Potential to earn $50-$100 or more per shift Opportunities for advancement On-the-job training Flexible hours Covid safety protocols in place Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Requirements for Carhop/Skating Carhop Server: Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Flexibility based on business needs Effective communication, basic math, and reading skills Willingness to adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards Additional Requirements for Skating Carhop: Completion of the SONIC Skating Training Program Proficiency in roller skating on various surfaces Ability to stand, balance, carry trays, and sweep while skating Knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required Qualifications: Friendly, smiling, and courteous demeanor Willingness to cross-train across stations Team-oriented, cleanliness, and safety conscious Join the groovy Sonic Drive-In experience!
