YOUR MONEY (THE FUN PART)

You’ll be paid from clock‑in to clock‑out, every hour. Base pay:

• 20/hr base in training.
• 21/hr base once you’re a Lead.

Plus tips (typically $5–$8/hr) and performance bonuses (up to $3/hr). If called in last minute, you receive $5/hr. Overtime on hours over 40. A typical week looks like: Lead in Training: $26–$28.50/hr. Lead: $28.50–$33.25/hr. Top performers earn more.

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE

You’ll show up, meet your crew, grab your truck, and head to the job. Some days you’re loading a studio apartment in 2 hours; other days you’re wrapping a 5‑bedroom house with a massive book collection and a sculpture garden. You’ll problem‑solve on the fly, work with your team, talk to customers, and sweat a lot. You’ll also laugh, build friendships, and go home knowing you helped someone through a stressful day.

YOUR MUST‑HAVES

Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull heavy objects (up to 125 lbs overhead, 200 lbs independently, and 500 lbs in coordination). Frequently throughout an 8+ hour day. 21 years of being alive on this planet (minimum age for insurance). At least two years of personal driving experience with an acceptable driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years). Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug screen. Excellent customer service skills, interest in learning new things, motivation to be genuinely helpful. Availability to work 3+ days a week – even better if you can work Thursday–Sunday. Your own reliable transportation (car, motorcycle, or scooter).

YOUR NICE‑TO‑HAVES

College degree or current enrollment. Moving experience. A friendly pet.
