Team Member – Smoothie King We are hiring approachable, enthusiastic individuals to join our smoothie service team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and efficient working area, and supporting the restaurant’s operational goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure the store and service areas are consistently clean and well-stocked. Work with staff to help achieve daily and weekly team goals. Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and customer‑centric service. Take initiative in problem solving, conflict resolution, and process improvement. Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑moving environment. Attention to detail and strong customer focus.
