Position Summary As a Registered Nurse with Caring Hands Homecare LLC, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care. This position involves conducting assessments and collaborating with our team to meet the unique needs of each client. Your expertise and dedication will help us maintain the trust and comfort that our clients value most. Key Responsibilities Conduct client assessments in designated areas of Jacksonville, FL. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans. Provide professional, compassionate, and trustworthy care to clients in their homes. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Required Skills and Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
