Property Maintenance Technician

Apartment Maintenance Technician Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ Shift: 8:30amRead the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.4pm Job Duties: -Perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartments and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, appliances, and unit turnovers.-Respond quickly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficiently to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.-Prepare vacant units for new residents by conducting inspections, repairs, cleaning, and make-ready improvements.-Support overall property operations through preventative inspections, seasonal maintenance, safety compliance, vendor coordination, and participation in emergency on-call services.Job Requirements: -Minimum 2 years of experience with property maintenance and apartment turnovers; knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general construction.-Skilled in safely operating hand and power tools, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with residents, vendors, and team members.-High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationMust have the ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, walking around the property, and climbing ladders. xhyhwjd Background check and drug screening required prior to starting work.*** Qualified Candidates, please contact: Sarah Bartel *** Email resume to: Phone: 3
