Must-Have: Candidates must not have been previously employed by any associated facility within the past year.

Description: Profile submissions are sent directly for consideration. Two supervisor references from the modality must be provided at submission; one within the last 12 months and one within the last 3 years. A copy of the driver's license is needed at the time of submission to validate the legal name. The submission name must match the name on a government-issued ID; no middle initials or middle names are allowed. The candidate is expected to float to X-ray as needed. Equipment utilized includes GE 128, CT Siemens 64, GE and Siemens DR rooms, and OEC C-arms, as well as Carestream Portables. Training will be provided if necessary. Call may be required 3-4 days a month with a 30-minute response time. Charting is done through Cerner. BSN is not required. Candidates must have multi-modality experience, although those with only CT experience will still be considered. There is a cancellation policy where shifts can be canceled during the assignment period.
