As a Product Manager, Vice President in Global Customer Platform, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer, develop profitable products that provide customer value, guide successful launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products that exceed customer expectations. The Strategy & Communications Team shapes how GCP’s strategy is defined, aligned, and communicated, translating complex initiatives into clear, cohesive narratives and empowering teams with the tools and training needed to deliver consistent, high‑quality communications. Global Customer Platform product is part of the Consumer Bank team and serves as the primary source of customer data for all lines of business across the firm. Responsibilities Develop product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability Partner with senior leaders to create clear, compelling, consistent messaging strategies that reflect the business vision Translate and communicate highly technical, data‑driven concepts into business‑facing language Design impactful slides and presentations to support executive narratives and speaking engagements Manage internal communications to ensure a consistent voice across all channels Collaborate across the firm to improve awareness of strategic objectives and business priorities Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and talking points to support GCP leadership engagements Manage Design Partners, convene stakeholders to co‑prioritize and demonstrate measurable value from the design relationship Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Expertise in authoring executive communications Experience with agile methodology Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and copywriting Experience with strategic planning and KPI development Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines Experience collaborating with developers, database architects, and technical product leaders to translate technical language into business‑facing language Demonstrated ability leveraging AI to accelerate message development and enable automated processes that improve throughput, consistency, and quality Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Experience with Jira and Align Experience designing and managing Confluence intranet pages Benefits Competitive total rewards package, including base salary, potential commission‑based pay, discretionary incentive compensation, health benefits, retirement savings plan, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, and financial coaching.
