Job Description

The CNA/HHA plays a crucial role in providing essential personal care and support to patients in healthcare and home settings. They assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and ensure a clean and safe environment to promote patient comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Provide companionship and support to patients
Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas
Assist with mobility and transfer of patients
Help with medication reminders under supervision
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
