Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Our client is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team in Tampa. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking for long-term growth with a reputable insurance organization. You’ll support customers by handling inbound inquiries, navigating multiple systems, and delivering professional, high-quality service while progressing through a structured training and pay program. THIS ROLE IS 100% in office (none remote) and you must be bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish. Start date: November 2, 2026. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by phone with policy-related questions and service requests
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Navigate multiple systems and screens to accurately document customer interactions
• Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications
• Support customers with policy updates, account information, and general insurance-related inquiries

***Training hours will be from 9am-5:30pm, after training you must be available from 8am-8pm.

A background check will be ran after an offer is presented.***

- After 3 months pay will increase to $20/hr
