Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hair services with confidence and consistency
• Conduct thorough consultations using The Color Bar service systems
• Build strong relationships that encourage guest retention and referrals
• Manage appointment timing effectively and maintain schedule integrity
• Educate guests on product usage, home care, and maintenance plans
• Uphold salon cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Participate in salon education, meetings, and coaching opportunities
• Support a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license
• Strong technical foundation and desire to continue learning
• Professional communication and presentation skills
