CDL-A Driver Recruiter

We’re looking for a high-performing CDL-A Driver Recruiter who can consistently bring in qualified drivers and keep our trucks moving. About the Role As a Driver Recruiter at DMN Transport, you will be responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle from first contact to start date. You’ll work directly with our Recruiting Manager and Safety Department to ensure all trucks stay seated with safe, qualified, and reliable drivers. Responsibilities Source leads through job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound calls Respond to driver applications immediately Maintain a strong and steady pipeline of qualified CDL-A drivers Conduct initial phone screens and qualify drivers based on company criteria Verify work history, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, DAC reports Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and start dates Communicate expectations clearly (home time, pay, equipment, lanes) Ensure accuracy of all driver documents and application files Onboarding & Coordination Work closely with Safety and Fleet teams on current openings Prep drivers on what to expect their first week Follow up with new hires to improve retention during the first 30 days Reporting & Metrics Track daily recruiting activity Provide weekly hiring numbers, lead quality feedback, and pipeline status Requirements 1–3 years experience recruiting CDL-A drivers (OTR preferred) Strong closing and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage high call volume Knowledge of DOT hiring requirements (MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, Safety policies) Reliable, organized, and confident with drivers What We Offer Competitive salary + monthly performance bonuses Stable, long-term position with growth opportunities Supportive work environment Full benefits (health, PTO, paid holidays) Growing fleet with new equipment arriving regularly #J-18808-Ljbffr DMN TRANSPORT INC
