Assistant Store Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who leads from the sales floor, not the back office. You love creating moments customers remember, you know how to build a team that sells with heart, and you’re ready to help run a store people genuinely love walking into. What You’ll Do Partnering closely with the Store Manager, you’ll keep the store running smoothly and make sure every customer leaves feeling like they experienced something, not just bought something. Set the standard for service with hands-on selling and deep product knowledge Run daily operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory Coach and motivate your team to hit individual and store sales goals Train and onboard new associates Maintain visual merchandising that brings our brand to life Uphold company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards Build a positive, accountable, team-first culture Lead the store confidently when the Store Manager is out What You Bring 2+ years of retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Key Holder, or similar) A track record of coaching teams to hit sales goals Natural relationship-building and customer service instincts Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Energy for a fast-paced, customer-first environment Availability for opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, with extra hours during high-volume periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended shifts Ability to pass a background screening Bonus if you’ve worked in specialty retail, beauty, skincare, wellness, boutique, or luxury retail.
