Branch Manager

Overview At FNBO, the Branch Manager is responsible for the operational success of branch locations, ensuring staff performance, community engagement, budgeting, and compliance. Responsibilities Manage daily activities of branch staff and ensure effective use of employee resources. Oversee operational and compliance aspects of the branch. Coordinate business and community development activities to generate new business and cross‑sell opportunities. Provide input to Branch Leadership’s planning process to enhance branch and divisional performance. Prepare annual budget proposals and monitor budget adherence and variances. Implement change management initiatives for the assigned branch. Ideal Candidate / Qualifications Experience in branch management or related banking operations. Strong leadership and coaching skills. Ability to develop and manage budgets. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and community engagement. Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities. Must possess unrestricted work authorization and no sponsorship needed. Must meet S.A.F.E. Act registration and ongoing regulatory requirements. Compensation Base pay range: $66,659.00–$113,319.00. Final compensation offer may vary based on experience, education, and skill level. Work Environment Incumbent will work onsite at the designated branch location.
