6:00 PM to 6:30 AM | 12 Hour Shifts
Rotating Schedule Including Every Other Weekend

Night shift nursing inside a correctional setting carries a rhythm all its own. Fewer distractions. Stronger teamwork. More autonomy. The kind of environment where experienced nurses thrive and newer nurses grow fast.
At Southern Health Partners, we're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who can bring steady clinical judgment, professionalism, and compassion to the Marshall County Jail team. If you're dependable, confident, and ready for a role where your work truly matters, this opportunity delivers purpose with every shift.
You'll provide patient care, medication administration, assessments, and emergency response while working alongside a supportive medical and correctional team that values consistency and accountability.
What You'll Do
Deliver direct patient care to inmates in a correctional healthcare environment
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Complete nursing assessments and documentation accurately
Respond to medical emergencies with calm, skilled clinical care
Collaborate with providers, nurses, and correctional staff
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and patient dignity at all times
