Job Description: UI Designer

UX DesignerWe are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to join our team onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This role will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with strong research capabilities, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for translating complex business requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.Key responsibilities include:Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business goals, and design requirementsCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models that communicate design solutions clearlyConduct usability testing, user interviews, and research to inform design decisionsAnalyze data, user behavior, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvementDevelop and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistencyCollaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX designsPresent design concepts and rationale to leadership and cross-functional teamsStay up to date on UX best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trendsRequired qualifications include:3+ years of UI design experience (enterprise or product environment preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and end-to-end UX processProficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.)Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS toolsExperience conducting user research and usability testingAbility to balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraintsExcellent communication and presentation skillsMust be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Juno Beach, FLPreferred qualifications include:Experience designing for large-scale enterprise applicationsFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesKnowledge of React or AngularExperience contributing to or building design systemsWhy join us?Opportunity to work on high-impact digital productsCollaborative environment with strong focus on innovationBeautiful onsite campus in Juno Beach, FL
