Manager, Program Production Integration (Onsite)

Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timelines, quality, and contractual obligations are met. Coordinate and execute Sales Order Changes (SOCs), updating schedules and minimizing disruptions. Lead twice weekly delivery meetings with Airbus, addressing potential issues and aligning on requirements. Develop and share action plans to resolve delivery challenges. Prepare, update, and issue the Line of Balance (LOB) to track and communicate delivery progress effectively. Serve as the primary contact for Airbus, confirming delivery schedules, resolving issues, and providing updates. Collaborate with customer support for spare engine deliveries to airline operators and lessors, executing internal processes to meet customer purchase order requirements. Plan and execute shipments with internal and external logistics teams, ensuring compliance with export/import regulations and verifying documentation accuracy. Ensure sufficient inventory of shipping stands to meet production demand. Partner with operations (PW and MTU), Pratt & Whitney on‑site support teams, and quality assurance to synchronize delivery schedules and resolve challenges. Facilitate communication between internal teams and Pratt & Whitney at Airbus facilities. Identify and address risks to on‑time delivery with proactive mitigation strategies. Monitor product readiness and escalating issues affecting timelines. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on delivery performance and improvement plans. Collaborate with customer support, finance, and operations teams to ensure on‑time delivery of products to meet financial targets. Track and report financial performance metrics related to delivery operations. Support budget planning and cost optimization initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience; or advanced degree and 5 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or program management (aerospace industry preferred). Strong knowledge of product delivery, planning, and shipping. Ability to organize and prioritize work and responsibilities in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external customers. Experience working directly with an airframe manufacturer. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and logistics/planning software. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $107,500 - $204,500.
