We aim to create a consistent and cohesive brand journey from start to finish, and a more efficient experience for our clients.We are seeking an experienced Group Creative Director to serve as a senior creative leader and strategic partner to the Chief Creative Officer.In this role, you'll lead the creative vision and execution across our marketing and training businesses, overseeing multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, strategically driven work. You'll mentor creative talent, elevate creative standards, strengthen client partnerships, and help shape a high-performing, collaborative culture. This is an opportunity for a creative leader who excels as a visionary, coach, and business partner.Key Responsibilities:Lead creative excellence across the agency, ensuring consistently exceptional work across marketing, training, promotional, and experiential initiativesInspire multidisciplinary Art and Copy teams to develop strategically grounded, breakthrough workEstablish and uphold agency-wide creative standards, guiding concept development, storytelling, campaign architecture, and executionServe as the senior creative reviewer, ensuring quality client or leadership deliverablesMentor, develop, and inspire creative talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountabilityIdentify staffing needs and build high-performing creative teamsLead client relationships, presenting work with strategic clarity, confidence, and persuasive rationalePartner with clients and internal teams to drive innovation, growth, and long-term successOptimize creative operations, resource planning, and workflow efficiencyReview creative estimates, staffing recommendations, and workload allocation to maximize quality, efficiency, and profitabilityServe as a strategic partner to the Chief Creative Officer, translating vision into executionLead pitch development, agency initiatives, and new business presentations to drive growthChampion emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and creative trends to elevate agency capabilities and creative offeringsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and professional experience15+ years of agency experience, including pharmaceutical or healthcare marketingExperience as a Group Creative Director, Executive Creative Director, Creative Director, or similar leadership roleProven leader of high-performing, multidisciplinary creative teamsDeep understanding of client brands, business objectives, market dynamics, and business challengesStrong portfolio of strategic, award-winning creative workExpertise in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing and omnichannel engagementExceptional communication, presentation, and client leadership skillsTrack record of driving agency growth and new business successStrategic thinker with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassion for creating meaningful experiences for patients and healthcare professionalsPlease Note: In order to be eligible for this remote role, you must reside within the country where the position is posted.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
