• Interview patients and families to understand their needs
• Conduct MDRs on each unit, every day
• Perform InterQual reviews on every patient
• Manage Observation reviews and DPEs
• Develop and implement discharge planning

Requirements of the RN - Case Management

• Case Management experience
• Proficiency in Midas/InterQual systems
• Licensed Masters
