Position Server Overview As a Server, you will take orders using handheld technology, serve food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner, and deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. Great customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities Take orders using handheld devices. Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly. Ensure guests receive a fun and satisfying dining experience. Assist with any other front‑of‑house duties as needed. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong customer service skills. Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $3.35 per hour (plus tips). Tips, referral bonus, and Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
