Responsibilities Complete our award‑winning, company‑paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs, then recommending the most efficient and innovative solution. Prepare and install home or business services, including attic remediations, crawlspace encapsulations, gutter protection, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency. Interact with customers in their home or business by setting project expectations and walking them through the process to ensure satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid). Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers in their businesses and/or homes. Work Environment Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator. Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions.
