The Real Estate Agent will work directly with clients to facilitate property transactions, including buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, negotiating offers, preparing necessary documentation, and providing market insights. The role also involves building client relationships, generating leads, and evaluating market trends to offer tailored advice. Agents will collaborate with the Awicho team to deliver professional and client-focused services.
