Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Every weekend - Saturday & Sunday 8-10 visits per day We are are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, compassionate in-home patient care. This role supports Registered Nurses and physicians in delivering individualized care plans while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and dignity. The schedule for this role is every weekend, Saturday & Sunday , must reach visit requirements each day.
