About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving - Fort Worth as a Professional Mover! This exciting role offers you the opportunity to engage with customers while being part of a fun and energetic environment. Help us make moving and junk removal a stress-free experience for our clients!
Hiring Full and Part Time Positions.Pay includes base salary, tips and performance bonuses which averages between $20-$40 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load and unload items from trucks while ensuring safety and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Safely transport items to and from residential and commercial locations.
- Assist in packing and unpacking belongings with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the truck and job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the moving process.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- No experience necessary.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
