We’re looking for someone with at least one year of professional experience who is comfortable on the phone, motivated by goals, able to work independently, and excited to learn a relationship-driven business. Research companies, competitors, talent markets, and emerging trends across Digital Health and Healthcare IT. Develop specialized knowledge of healthcare technology, its key players, and the professionals driving innovation within the industry. Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and career goals, then present strong matches to the team. Maintain organized and accurate recruiting activity, notes, and candidate pipelines within our CRM. Support candidates and clients throughout the interview and hiring process. Who We’re Looking For At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in an sales or agency environment. Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone. The ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay productive in a remote environment. A track record of taking ownership, managing responsibilities, and following through on commitments.
