Sentara Medical Group is seeking a motivated and compassionate inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Gastroenterology Clinic in Port Warwick, Virginia. About the Position

  100% Inpatient Role.

\n
• \n

  Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

\n
• \n

  Key responsibilities: Bridge between the hospital and clinic, get patients the appropriate care after hospitalization. Consultative only service, consults and rounding in the hospital, facilatation of patients to the office for follow up.

• \n

  Collaborative Environment – 3 MDs, 2 APPs

\n
• \n

  Volume – 10 patients a day

\n
• \n

  EMR: Epic; prior GI experience a huge plus!

\n
