Hospital Director of Nursing RN – Be the Heart of Medically Complex Care

Located on 4th Floor of West Jefferson Medical Center

Position Type: Full-Time

Shifts Available : Leadership Schedule

Rate of Pay: $77,000 to $111,000 

$15,000 Sign-On Bonus (limited time!)

What You’ll Be Doing:  

The Hospital RN Director of Nursing works in concert with the Chief Clinical Officer and directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care per current Federal, State, and facilities standards, guidelines, and regulations. In the absence of the Chief Clinical Officer, assumes the responsibility for center operations. The Hospital RN Director of Nursing conducts the nursing process - assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation - under the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure scope.

Requirements:  

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Licenses/Certification: Currently licensed as RN in this state.

Experience: Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
