The position occasionally requires travel for meetings or training and utilizes both digital and manual tools to support daily operations.

• Manage and develop a small team of 1-5 employees
• Oversee inventory control and vendor coordination
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalations
• Monitor sales performance and manage store budgets
• Conduct staff training and create work schedules
• Ensure effective store operations and compliance with standards

• Prepare reports for management review

Required Qualifications
