Full/Part- Time Bartender

Bartender PositionThe bar is the focal point of the restaurant so you will be on stage at all times. Building regular bar clientele as well as keeping our current returning customers begins and ends with you. We are looking for someone to grow with us and bring additional value to our already blossoming team. The candidate chosen for this role will represent the values and ideals of Fatboiz by showing integrity in all aspects of their position. They will demonstrate an ability to work well with others as well as independently, never hesitating to ask for help if needed. Exemplary customer service and attention to even the smallest details is the basis for every positive interaction with our customers no matter how long or short it is.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer serviceVerify identification and age requirements of customersMix traditional and creative cocktails.Process payment from customers accurately whether it is cash, credit/debit, or gift card.Keep bar area tidy at all times including washing all bar glasses and utensilsMenu knowledgeMake suggestions based on customer tastes and preferencesOpen and maintain tabs throughout shiftGreeting guests promptly as they enter the door with menus and answering initial questions about food/drinks.Work within Fatboiz established guidelines and standardsGood with computer point of sales systemsAbility to efficiently set up and break down all areas of the bar independentlyResponding to guests concerns and taking the initiative when appropriate taking action to solve themQualificationsLooking for someone with a great personalityGood job knowledgeLongevity- are you willing to grow with us long term?Strong work ethicReliable transportationBeing a team player is a must!Shows ability to listen and follow direction that is given by management/supervisor
