Community Association Manager

We’re seeking a proven Community Manager (Portfolio) who brings direct HOA/community management experience and can confidently lead a portfolio of associations from day one. What You’ll Do As a Community Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners. Act as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners Lead Board meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow‑up Manage association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements Review financials and budgets, provide insight and recommendations Oversee vendors, contracts, and capital projects Manage compliance, collections, and risk awareness Conduct site inspections and maintain community standards Coordinate with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center Why This Role Stands Out This position offers experienced‑level compensation , true hybrid flexibility , and choice of work location , backed by a company that provides the tools and support needed to succeed. Employment Details Full‑time role Location: 9610 Waples St., San Diego, CA 92121 Compensation: $70,304–$84,000 annually; direct experience highly considered Requirements Required Direct HOA / Community Management experience Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively Organized, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset Preferred Industry certifications or licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.) Work Environment This is a highly interactive, relationship‑driven role. You’ll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio may be required.
