Education/formal training/licensure/certification experience:
- Completion of high school or its equivalent; secretarial/computer business courses or graduate from college training program.
- Proficient in Windows environment (Word, Excel required and Access preferred).
Essential Job Functions:

- Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Payroll.
- Shift Wizard as needed.
- Maintains departmental employee files.
- Arrange travel for Assistant Directors and staff as needed.
- Ensures appropriate/timely communication to departmental staff and peers re: current Licensure and credentials.
Additional skills:
- Able to process information quickly and accurately.
- Efficient use of computer and office equipment.
- Possesses problem solving skills.
- Maintains competency appropriate to the services provided and needs of age groups served.
