This is a full‑time position based at Rebel Athletic’s headquarters in Carrollton, TX with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office. Arrange rework as needed and report outcomes back to the team and sales rep. Run and distribute reports each morning to sync order updates across teams. Review sending lists and close completed order Opportunities and Sales Orders, keeping records current. Upload and share new order‑related files with relevant teams at end of day. Update order statuses on a weekly basis once fulfillment is confirmed. Partner with all departments to resolve issues impacting the remake process and improve communication and visibility across teams. Source and fulfill rep‑specific samples when the Design team or other internal contacts are unable to obtain them. Generate and distribute regular reports to keep teams aligned on order status and case progress. Conduct monthly reviews with the Accounting team to address outstanding case codes and follow up with reps to arrange unit returns for inspection as needed. Participate in periodic reviews of order and remake codes with department leads. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or a related operations role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
