Job Description

• Lead financial planning budgeting forecasting and performance analysis across multiple operating businesses.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities to improve profitability cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Build financial models KPI dashboards and executive reports that support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze project profitability job costing revenue trends gross margins and financial performance.
• Guide and develop the finance team while strengthening reporting processes financial controls and accountability.
• Evaluate capital investments business expansion opportunities and acquisition-related financial integration.
• Improve financial systems and introduce automation to streamline reporting and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in accounting finance FP&A controllership or financial operations.
• 2 years of finance leadership team management or financial function oversight preferred.
• Strong experience with budgeting forecasting financial modeling and profitability analysis.
• Understanding of P&L statements cash flow financial reporting and operational KPIs.
• Experience with job costing project profitability or service-based financial operations strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Experience in construction contracting infrastructure or field services is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field preferred. CPA CMA or MBA credentials are a plus.
